The Truth About Rosa Scarcelli

Rosa Scarcelli is running for Maine state governor. She owns Stanford Managment, a property managment company that covers four states. I am a former tenant of Rosa Scarcelli. Was I happy with my living conditions? NO. Was I happy with the way managment handled the situation? NO. Was I tired of having "temporary fixes" done to my apartment? YES. Did I like living in mold with my children? NO. Rosa blames the deterioration of the roofs on the fact they they were waiting for funds. Why did they wait so long? In her recent interview with WCSH-6, she stated the roof was 25 years old. Didn't she know it was going to be time to change it? I mean, come on now? Is that rocket science? Did she really need to let it get to the point where shingles were falling off onto the kids play areas and tenants flower beds? Her mother, Pamela Gleichman, owns the property, so maybe between the two of them, they could have done something for the tenants. They prefer to let their tenants live in mold and rotting conditions.  The pictures above are of the sara pepper place. The one on the left shows a rotting board, its still there today. The one on the right shows the condition the roof was in before they finally tarpapered one section, still waiting an entire winter and summer before finally fixing the roof!
